[Skyeye-developer] SkyEye on Windows XP

I have latest Cygwin up and running with ARM GNU toolchian 4.1 installed. I
downloaded Skyeye 1.2.4 and tried to run "make". Hake of errors. What to do.
Not able to generate binaries.


running make NO_DBCT=1 NO_BFD=1

error message
gcc: "-b" must come at start of command line.

not able to find -b option any where in makefile included with SKYEYE
distribution.
