[Skyeye-developer] [ Source Update ]cs8900 netcard can run on SkyEye correctly.

Now we can run ftp,nfs application on cs8900a netcard simulation with
linux OS. The linux-2.6.14 driver for cs8900 is committed to
misc/linux_driver/cs8900a/linux_2_6_14_cs8900.diff  for some
convenience.
