[Skyeye-developer] [ PATCH 1/1: at91rm9200 simulation] Improve at91rm9200 simulation to run modified VxWorks

Now modifed vxworks 5.5 for arm bsp csb337  can run on SkyEye-1.2.4
with the patch in the attachment. The patch and the testcase are
provided by duzhig. He will do more clean of his work and give a
detailed instruction about that.
