[Skyeye-developer] About Uart0

hello every body
i use skyeye with cygwin on Windows XP SP2.
now i want to use the uart to create a shell program.
i just can not know how i can config the skyeye.conf on windows platform as bellow.
uart: fd_in=0, fd_out=1

so, thanks a lot to let me how to do.
