Just like the hints of your error message:
Failed to open skyeye config file skyeye.conf in the same directory
You need a skyeye.conf file that can config the simulation machine.
You can get a skyeye.conf from our testsuite package.
Or try some quick guide in the URL:http://skyeye.wiki.sourceforge.net/
