[Skyeye-developer] Run ticker testcase of rtems csb350 on SkyEye

           After a little fix on coldfire 5272 simulation of SkyEye,
now it seems ticker.exe of rtems csb350 bsp  can run normally on
SkyEye. I will add it to rtemse testsuite of SkyEye in this release.
          skyeye.conf and  output of running ticker.exe is in the attachment.
