[Skyeye-developer] Run testsuite failed.

Yes , I can reproduce it. After I comment the dbct test, it seems the
problem can solved. I have modified the following line of auto_test
script:
"set  skyeye_sh { ./exec_skyeye.sh  ./exec_skyeye_dbct.sh }"
to
"set  skyeye_sh { ./exec_skyeye.sh }"

The root cause need to look into.
