      I tested  it seems ucosii4skyeye can build correctly.My compiler is :

ksh at ksh:~/downloads/ucosii4skyeye/samples/ucos_serial> arm-elf-gcc -v
Reading specs from /usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/arm-elf/2.95.3/specs
gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (release)(ColdFire patches - 20010318 from
http://fiddes.net/coldfire/)(uClinux XIP and shared lib patches from
http://www.snapgear.com/)

The ucosii4skyeye package is download from the URL:
http://gro.clinux.org/frs/download.php/1004/ucosii4skyeye-1.9.3.tar.gz
