[Skyeye-developer] snapshort of skyeye_1_21_Rel branch

Hi,all:
The blackfin simulation is improved. You can run R05R4 of blackfin
website(http://blackfin.uclinux.org) on the snapshot of
skyeye_1_21_Rel branch in the attachment.

BTW:
Due to my poor dial network, I have not commit all the  code in the
attchment. I will update svn with my workcopy as soon as I can.

To anthony.lee:
Please help me to test skyeye_1_21_Rel branch  on MingW and Beos. Thanks.
