[Skyeye-developer] Is skyeye-1.2.4 autotest broken ?

Hello Everybody,

If anybody got successfully installed SkyEye on Windows using Cygwin,
please forward the exact procedure.
If snap shots are available please post it. This will help all the new
bee's like me....
