[Skyeye-developer] Patch for net simulation and driver etc.

Hi,

Due to the problem that Stanislav Meduna said,
and the errors when compiling on other systems more than Linux,
I submit the patchs attached by the mail.

rtl8019-driver.patch --- fixed the 8bits mode card.
net-simulation.patch --- fixed the error on timeout checking
misc.patch --- fixed scripts,compiling on MinGW, etc.
