I have not tested it completely , just tried some simple function. So
I think that should be the issue of netcard driver or netcard
simulation.

That is an very important part in SkyEye project. But original
maintainer of netcard simulation is busy on their personal things, it
have not been  maintained in some time. And in the plan of the coming
release , skyeye mainly focuses on improving mips simulation and
powerpc simulation. So network simulation maybe get improved in the
later development plan. Or some volunteer developer like to devote
their time on it.
