[Skyeye-developer] Building the lastest SkyEye package (1.2.0 RC8) in a Windows environment

Can the latest SkyEye release candidate be built on a Windows PC? I have
installed the latest versions of MinGW which includes version 3.4.2 of
GCC. When I first run make there are some errors indicating that some
sdl header files are missing(SDL.h, SDL_thread.h and etc.). Should these
files be included in the SkyEye source code package? I downloaded the
sdl files and placed them in a location where the build could locate
them. After doing this I was able to get past the sdl header file
problems but am getting many more build errors. Are there currently and
instructions available describing how to build the latest SkyEye package
on a Window PC, if this is even supported?

Thanks,
Joe
